"The agents lie,and after I had repair work done on my car they didn't have my back when the repair failed and rear glass broke under normal use they said inwas liable bewarned."

"Jerrry, thanks for the feedback. We will send this up the chain so they can learn from this experience. We spoke recently and reviewed all your other coverages and took care of all your questions. Unfortunately, at the agency level we don't have any involvement with claims other than to help educate and answer questions which we did a few times during your claim. I wish there was more we could have done at the Agency level for you. "

"not sure why but i keep getting phone calls from the guy. hey george just because i only live a few houses from your office doesn't mean its ok to cold call residences. if your people would leave a message is 1 thing but no one ever does. stop cold calling"
